On a crisp November day in 1998, the small town of Danforth, Maine, was rocked by a violent confrontation that ended in the death of 43-year-old Bobby Brown, a White male. The fatal encounter took place on November 9th at the residence of another local man, 42-year-old Randy McGowan. Brown had gone to the home with his girlfriend, Jamie Merrill, for the purpose of collecting her personal belongings.
