On October 5, 2020, the life of 64-year-old White female, Tina J. Brown Bowden, was tragically cut short in her Waldo, Maine home. That evening, her brother, Glenn Brown, then 66, walked into the Belfast Police Department and cryptically reported that he had shot "two exotic birds." This strange confession prompted a welfare check at Tina's residence on Bonne Terre Road.
