In the early morning hours of October 28, 2023, Chandler Wyatt Stalcup, an 18-year-old White / Caucasian male and freshman football player at Rocky Mountain College, was fatally shot in Billings, Montana. Originally from Crystal River, Florida, he was a recent graduate of Crystal River High School.
