In a quiet home in Twin Falls, Idaho, the life of 81-year-old Caucasian female Barbara Sue Chitwood came to a tragic and violent end on August 21, 2015. She was discovered deceased, having sustained fatal gunshots to her head. The subsequent investigation into her death swiftly focused on one individual: 86-year-old Paul Robert Welch, who was present in the house with Chitwood at the time of the shooting.
