In a tragic turn of events on the afternoon of January 19, 2017, Katrina Budden, a 20-year-old Caucasian female from Twin Falls, Idaho, lost her life. The incident occurred at a residence located at 232 2nd Avenue North. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene around 4:40 p.m. following a report of a shooting.
