On an autumn evening in Nampa, Idaho, a simmering family dispute tragically boiled over, leaving one brother dead and the other facing a murder charge. The events of October 18, 2020, unfolded inside a residence on the 2000 block of Railroad Street, where 38-year-old Jonathan Dallas, a White / Caucasian male, was shot and killed. The fatal encounter was the culmination of an ongoing argument between Dallas and his younger brother, 33-year-old Jeremiah Nupen, who shared the home.
