Davis M. Mosqueda, a 20-year-old active-duty Marine, was tragically shot and killed outside a Boise apartment complex in the early morning hours of December 30, 2020. Mosqueda, who was home for the holidays visiting family, was leaving an apartment near Fairview Avenue and Cloverdale Road when the incident occurred.
