Stephen Arkell, a 48-year-old police officer with the Brentwood Police Department in New Hampshire, was tragically killed in the line of duty on May 12, 2014. He was responding to a domestic disturbance call at a residence on Mill Pond Road when he was shot and killed by Michael Nolan, the son of the homeowner.
