On November 17, 2023, a tragic incident occurred at New Hampshire Hospital in Concord, resulting in the death of 63-year-old Security Officer Bradley Haas. Haas, a former Chief of Police in Franklin, New Hampshire, was on duty at the hospital's front entrance when he was fatally shot by 33-year-old John Madore, a former patient of the facility.
