On January 23, 2024, at approximately 5:55 p.m., a passerby in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, reported a vehicle with apparent bullet holes and an individual slumped over inside, parked near 510 Portland Street. Responding officers discovered 38-year-old Christina Chatlos, a resident of Williamstown and Barre, deceased in the vehicle.
