In the pre-dawn hours of Thursday, February 9, 2006, the quiet of a Washington, D.C. neighborhood was broken by violence. In an alley next to 1368 Meridian Place, NW, a man named Ronald Taylor was shot and killed. The Metropolitan Police Department discovered him at approximately 12:50 a.m.
