In the early hours of October 4, 2017, the life of 20-year-old Clinton Cully Farlee, a White male, was tragically cut short in a shooting in Rapid City, South Dakota. The incident unfolded after Farlee and a friend had spent the evening at a local bar and later followed two women to a residence. An altercation reportedly began inside the home and spilled out into the yard.
During the confrontation, David Piper Jr. emerged from the house and fired a handgun multiple times, striking Farlee.
