In the late evening hours of August 3, 2020, the life of 39-year-old James Donner II, a male resident of Rapid City, South Dakota, was tragically cut short. Police were dispatched to a residence in the city following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Donner suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his abdomen.
