Murdered

James Donner II, a 39-year-old man from Rapid City, South Dakota, was fatally shot on August 3, 2020, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. The incident occurred late in the evening, when Rapid City police were called to a residence in the city after reports of gunfire.
