Donald Stanley Simpson, a 39-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 1945, in Carbon County, Wyoming. He was serving as a game warden with the Wyoming Department of Game and Fish at the time of his death, having dedicated eight years to the role. Simpson was originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, and was buried in Saratoga Cemetery in Saratoga, Wyoming.
