On July 16, 2006, a tragic incident occurred in Laramie, Wyoming, resulting in the deaths of three college students. Amber Nicole Carlson, a 19-year-old nursing student from Denver, was among the victims. She was fatally shot by fellow University of Wyoming student Justin R.
