Martha Bailey, affectionately known as "Marty," was a 40-year-old resident of Sheridan, Wyoming. She was a devoted mother of five children and a retired Navy sailor, having honorably served her country for 20 years. Martha was celebrated for her intelligence, wit, and the ability to bring laughter to those around her.
