Rachel Kathleen Rafferty, a 24-year-old resident of Jackson, Wyoming, was found deceased on April 28, 2018, in her vehicle along Elk Refuge Road, just outside Jackson. Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Rachel had been living and working in the Jackson area since 2016. She was known for her love of outdoor activities, including hiking in the Tetons, fishing the Snake River, kayaking Jenny Lake, and horseback riding near Flagg Ranch.
