Rachel “Noel” Sapohoors-Johnson was a 36-year-old White female, a mother of nine and nursing student who had moved to Fremont County and built a life around Central Wyoming College in nearby Riverton.
On November 21, 2015, 36-year-old Rachel 'Noel' Sapohoors-Johnson was found dead from a gunshot wound to her head, at her home in Fort Washakie on the Wind River Indian Reservation, and her obituary later recorded that 36-year-old Rachel 'Noel' Sapohoors-Johnson died as a result of dom ...Read More
