Rachel "Noel" Saport-Johnson, a 36-year-old resident of Fort Washakie, Wyoming, died on November 21, 2015, as a result of domestic violence. Born on December 9, 1978, to Jana Lynn (Elliot) and Phillip Michael Saporte, she was a devoted mother to nine children. In 2012, Rachel relocated to Fremont County, Wyoming, where she pursued a nursing degree at Central Wyoming College. She was nearing the completion of her Associate Degree in Nursing, with plans to graduate in May 2016.
