Just after 1 a.m. on February 26, 2019, a female, 58, named Deborah Ann Garner Steplock was found on the floor near the front door of her Casper home after a security alarm sounded.
Officers and paramedics arrived to a residence near East 10th and Center—identified by police as 103 East 10th Street—where the female victim,Deborah Ann Garner Steplock, age 58, had suffered a gunshot wound to the head; her husband was attempting first aid as responders took over.
