In the early hours of March 11, 2014, the Fargo Police Department received a call from one of its own, Lieutenant Jeff Skuza, a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male. He requested that officers be sent to a cemetery located just outside the city limits. When his colleagues arrived, they found Skuza with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
