Dominque Dewayne McNair

Murdered

Dominque Dewayne McNair, a 28-year-old man with no permanent address, was shot and killed on May 23, 2021. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Africa Restaurant and Nightclub in Fargo, North Dakota, where McNair was an employee.

Fargo Police responded to the scene at approximately 2:11 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found McNair with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
