On August 9, 1960, in Wahiawa, Hawaii, 25-year-old Tomoko Katori Tatsuno was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The event also claimed the lives of her two young daughters: 14-month-old Margie Kyoko Tatsuno and 2-month-old Ann Tomoko. The assailant, identified as Jack Crawford Warden, a 35-year-old from Los Angeles, was believed to be a Department of Defense administrative assistant.
