Jon Togioka, a 34-year-old resident of Lihue, Hawaii, was fatally shot on October 31, 2016. His body was discovered near Port Allen Airport. An autopsy revealed that he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Koma Kekoa Texeira Jr. was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection to Togioka's death.
