Courtney Raymond-Arakaki, 34, a Native Hawaiian woman from Waiʻanae, was among the three people killed late Saturday night, August 31, 2024, when a long-simmering neighborhood conflict erupted into a burst of machinery and gunfire on Waianae Valley Road.
