On December 12, 2020, in East Anchorage, Alaska, Russell Matt—male, 56; was found dead inside a residence on the 1200-block of Boston Street shortly after noon. Officers responding around 12:10 p.m. saw enough at the scene to escalate the case, and detectives called in the Crime Scene Team while awaiting the Medical Examiner's formal determination.
