On June 27, 2008, 26-year-old Berlie Moore was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred during a violent confrontation at the Las Diaz nightclub, located at 3430 9th Avenue North. The altercation escalated into a shootout, resulting in Moore's death.
