Randolph James

Murdered

On January 27, 2008, Randolph James, aged 49, was shot and killed inside an apartment building located in the 400 block of 37th Street, SE, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 2:35 a.m., and Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers responded to the scene after reports of gunfire. Randolph James was found inside the building with gunshot wounds, and despite the intervention of emergency services, he did not survive.
