On December 27, 2014, 23-year-old Pryzim Thessalonians Ransom was fatally shot in Brundidge, Alabama. The incident occurred just after midnight near the intersection of Veterans Boulevard and Henderson Street. A Brundidge police officer, patrolling the area, heard gunshots and discovered two males lying on the ground upon investigation.
