On January 15, 2015, in Prichard, Alabama, 22-year-old Charnesha Jaquail Penn and Roderick Reed were fatally shot while seated in a car near Warren Street and North Gould Avenue. The assailant, identified as Kiyonta Moffett, was subsequently arrested and charged with their murders.
