In the quiet community of Henagar, Alabama, the life of 47-year-old Kenneth Dewayne Shaw, a white male, was brought to a violent and tragic end on the night of Saturday, November 14, 2015. At approximately 10:00 p.m., emergency services received a distressing call reporting that a man had been shot. When Henagar police officers and DeKalb County deputies arrived at Shaw's residence, they found him face-down in his own yard, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
