Kenneth Harris, an 18-year-old from Flomaton, Alabama, was found dead on April 19, 2016, after being shot in the chest. The incident occurred in a wooded area near a rural road. Authorities reported that Harris was shot by a friend, 17-year-old Timothy McKinney, during what was described as a botched attempt to rob Harris. McKinney allegedly lured Harris to the area under the pretense of a planned meeting, where he and another individual planned to steal Harris's belongings.
