In the summer of 2016, a quiet community in Tallassee, Alabama, was shaken by the tragic death of Connie Sharron. The 62-year-old woman was found deceased in her home on July 20, 2016. Her death was the result of a violent act that also claimed the life of her husband, 65-year-old Martin Mitchell 'Mitch' Sharron.

Authorities investigating the incident determined that the couple's deaths were the result of a murder-suicide. It was concluded that Martin Sharron fatally shot his wife before ...
