Bethany Dawn Lee, 30, a white woman from Tallassee, Alabama, died on May 24, 2025. In the early morning hours, around 2:40 a.m., deputies responded to a shooting reported along Alabama Highway 14 just east of Neman Road, between Eclectic and Tallassee.
