On September 30, 2016, Jessica McDonald, a 23-year-old resident of Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot during an altercation at a Sin City Biker Club rally on the 600 block of South Noble Street in Anniston. The incident occurred around 11:30 PM, when Anniston police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered McDonald deceased inside a vehicle.
