Victor Dewayne Eaton, a 41-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on February 13, 2017, in a tragic and violent incident. Eaton was found suffering from gunshot wounds outside an apartment complex in the 800 block of 11th Street North. The shooting occurred during the evening hours, and police responded to the scene after reports of gunfire were heard in the area. When officers arrived, they discovered Eaton in critical condition.
