On March 8, 2017, in Huntsville, Alabama, 35-year-old Casey Moore was fatally shot by his brother-in-law, 29-year-old Keon Jackson, at Moore's residence on East Tucker Drive. Following the shooting, Jackson stole Moore's keys, phone, wallet, and vehicle, and set the house on fire. He then called 911, admitting to the shooting.
