On August 3, 2017, 33-year-old Anthony Terrence Jeter was shot in Montgomery, Alabama. He was admitted to Baptist Medical Center South, where he succumbed to his injuries on September 16, 2017. Following a forensic evaluation, authorities determined that his death resulted from the injuries sustained in the August shooting.
