On September 26, 2017, 22-year-old Lekarrius Williams was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. Williams was reportedly found with multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide. Authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire in the area, and Williams was later transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
