On October 2, 2009, 18-year-old Eddie Rapheal Blocker was tragically shot and killed in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:19 AM, in front of 1512 18th Street SE. Responding officers found Blocker fatally wounded at the scene.
