In the early morning hours of Friday, October 2, 2009, a life was tragically cut short on the streets of Washington, D.C. Eddie Rapheal Blocker, a male, was shot and killed in front of 1512 18th Street, SE, at approximately 4:19 am. The incident left a void in the lives of his loved ones, including his daughter, Edniya, his parents, Charlene Blocker and Eddie Harris, and his siblings, Lakisa, Alexis, and Jamal Blocker.
