On October 20, 2009, at approximately 2:30 AM, Damon Tolson, age 30, was tragically shot while standing in front of 4822 G Street, SE, in Washington, D.C. According to police reports, the incident took place in the early hours of the morning, and Tolson was pronounced dead after suffering from gunshot wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department quickly began their investigation into the shooting, seeking to gather any information that might lead to an arrest.
