In the early hours of an autumn morning, the life of Damon Ricardo Tolson was brought to a sudden and violent end. On Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Tolson was shot and killed in front of 4822 G Street, SE, in Washington, D.C. The male victim’s death was investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department as a homicide.
