Richard Wade Jones, a 41-year-old man from Pell City, Alabama, was tragically shot and killed on April 25, 2018. Jones was found with gunshot wounds in a rural area just outside of Pell City, located northeast of Birmingham. Authorities responded to the scene in the late afternoon after receiving a report of gunfire, and Jones was discovered in his vehicle. Despite efforts to provide emergency medical assistance, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
