On a cold Wednesday afternoon in Washington, D.C., on January 13, 2010, a man by the name of Nadar Mobley was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 3:35 p.m. in the 5400 block of Blaine Street, Northeast. An obituary described him as a devoted father to his son, Nadar Mobley, Jr., and a beloved son to his parents, Arline E. Mobley and Richard Epps. He is also survived by seven siblings.
