On February 1, 2010, Lamare Larkins, a 27-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically shot and killed in the early hours of the morning. The incident took place at approximately 12:25 am in the 1300 block of Stevens Road, SE, a residential area in Southeast Washington, D.C.
