On September 15, 2018, 26-year-old Damian Robinson was fatally shot at the Motel 6 located at 400 West I-65 Service Road South in Mobile, Alabama. At approximately 7:53 a.m., police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Robinson inside a motel room with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
