On a quiet Friday morning in Madison, Alabama, the life of 36-year-old Sunshine Price Pauly, a Caucasian female, was tragically cut short in an act of violence that stunned her community. On November 2, 2018, Pauly was found deceased from gunshot wounds outside of her home in what authorities would later describe as a murder-suicide. The perpetrator was identified as 43-year-old Jonathan Neil Coffman, a man known to the family.
