On December 24, 2018, 15-year-old Jakorian Lavelle Smith was tragically killed in Mobile, Alabama. A student at Blount High School in Eight Mile, Alabama, Jakorian was an active member of the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) and played football for his school team. He was the fourth of 15 children in his family and was known for his love of the holidays and his deep affection for his family.
