Death by Force

On January 13, 2019, 39-year-old Windell Dion Barnes was fatally shot in Mount Vernon, Alabama. The incident occurred outside a club on US-43, known as 'Bar B Quing With My Honey,' where an altercation led to gunfire. During the exchange, bullets penetrated the building, and Barnes, an innocent bystander inside the club, was struck in the head by a stray bullet.
