In the early hours of a Sunday morning in San Jose, California, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of the Parkmoor Avenue and Race Street neighborhood. On January 13, 2019, officers responded to a call of a person shot and discovered 41-year-old Matthew Cintas suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
