On August 31, 2010, Gregory Daniels, aged 55, was fatally shot in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred in the early hours, at around 3:00 AM, in the 2400 block of Elvans Road, Southeast Washington. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to reports of gunshots, finding Daniels with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
