On June 14, 2019, 42-year-old Demerious McAlle Osborne was fatally shot in North Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 3:05 p.m. in the 100 block of Fifth Street, where Osborne was found with gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, he was pronounced dead at 3:24 p.m.
